The owner, Jack Calvo, spent many years with the local office of an east coast based basement waterproofing service company. When asked why he opened his own company, Jack said, “I just enjoyed chasing water and solving water problems…it came natural to me. When we were done helping a home owner dry out their house, they were really happy. It is a very rewarding feeling.” Jack believes that customers want simple common sense repairs from educated contractors they can trust and communicate with to provide specific details and knowledge to solve their water issues.

Today, Perma Dry Waterproofing has repaired thousands upon thousands of water issues for home owners, commercial properties, and the real estate industry. Perma Dry Waterproofing backs all their work with a written guarantee to ensure complete satisfaction that “if we repair it, it stays dry.” Perma Dry Waterproofing’s base of operations is located in Renton, WA with a full time office staff to answer your call (not voice mail).  Their long-tenured and company-trained installers, and knowledgeable, qualified field staff locate and solve problems and design proper drainage repairs. Servicing Everett to Olympia, with some special trips to outlying areas, Perma Dry Waterproofing is a well-regarded drainage and water repair company with the demonstrated experience and knowledge to prove it.

When Jack was asked why he considered Perma Dry Waterproofing a success, he responded, “It’s the staff. We would not be here, or who we are, if it were not for our employees. Our contractors employees work really hard and they take pride in their work…and it shows.”
